MHM – My Medical History is an “app” on a USB memory card that when connected to a computer with windows operating system, can open a program to store the medical history of the user and this will be carried in a wallet to be shown to doctors or medical institutions. 6sigma IT Solutions participated as a leading developer, contacted in the planning stage of the product they were developing.
